"I was 8 yrs old when the Notermanns took over the Tap. Heading out to the Tap became a regular family outing. We'd bring out-of-town guests, relatives and friends by the car loads. As I grew up - born and raised in Chaska, my life took me all over the cities. There is NO BETTER BURGER out there. It has become tradition that we call each other up and say "Who's your patty?' - that's the code for .. it's time for a Lions Tap run. Thanks for the many, many years of CONSISTENCY."
